In Body Stories we listen and speak with our body.
We follow our body’s movements, sensations, sounds, and allow them to be the entry points
into clarifying our feelings and life choices.
We give permission to what wants to be expressed, and allow ourselves to unfold.
We cultivate deep listening and spacious presence that helps us meet difficult emotions.
We develop somatic resources to ground, orient and meet the world as it is now.
Body Stories is based on the practices of Authentic movement, Continuum and years of my own personal movement exploration.

In one on one sessions the practitioner is your anchor, a reflector, a guiding hand as you open into the inner well of feelings, thoughts, images, heart longings.
Body Stories can also be s a group
exploration of listening, seeing, witnessing, expressing through our
bodies. We create a safe space to drop deep into the core of our
feeling, open our authentic, spontaneous expression and receive the
medicine of being seen and see another.
