Somatic Unwinding
“Saša’s work is a deep and intuitive exploration of body unwinding. I always feel transformed through the release and openness that she helps me find.”
Shima Silber, D.C.
Somatic Unwinding is a movement education based on Thomas Hanna and Moshe Felderkrais work. It is awakening our inherent agility and body’s adaptive capacity to restore its balance. Through specific movement sequences, breath and awareness the body rediscovers self-adjusting ways to release layers of involuntary holding leading to immediate improvements in flexibility, posture and comfort.
These movements have the power to re-wire our nervous system and to reverse sensory-motor amnesia, a memory loss of how certain muscles feel and move, thus transform our inefficient postural and movement habits. With skillful guidance, including dialog, imagery and hands-on touch, the body-mind rediscover its natural unwinding process and a new sense of wholeness.

Developmental Patterning
“Saša helped me access a new alignment to my core energy,
bringing a connection to the power and grace locked within.”
Freya Secrest, spiritual counselor
Developmental Movement Patterning teaches us how to move connectedly, from inside out.
It explores the vital relationship between our inner connectivity and outer expressivity.
In the 1st year of our life we go through specific movement developmental stages which awaken our ability for complex cognitive thinking, full emotional expression and integrated adult movement. Full integration of these essential patterning is crucial for a resilient and mobile body as well as for a fulfilling self-expression and interactions with the world. It gives us a sense of connectedness, deep presence and embodiment.
These developmental patterns can be applied to any movement form such as yoga, dance, sports as well as to everyday walking, sitting, and breathing. They enable access to a full breath and core support, integrate weak/disconnected body parts into the whole and bring ease and clarity to our movement and the way we express ourselves.
Body movement becomes effortless due to deep intrinsic muscle support. We gain strength, balance and precision needed for optimal performance. Our expression becomes richer. A sense of grounding and power emerge as the inner and outer worlds start to integrate.
Body Prayer
“Somewhere
along our journey of awakening, with all its struggles, joys, and
disappointments, ECSTASY will be revealed, as a confirmation, a
blessing,
a message from the source.”
Margot Ananad, author of The Art of Everyday Ecstasy
Body Prayer is a movement meditation practice
inviting us to reconnect with our essential nature.
The practice is simple - let the beat and the body’s impulse move you.
Whatever is present put in a dance, offer it as a prayer to the dance.
As we allow the stuck energy to move through us our body and mind let go.
Our heart and spirit become free through a spontaneous, authentic expression.
We enter the space of deep surrender and connectedness.
